Install Pro - an issue

Hi, I made the mistake of activating the license before downloading the file. (I think it’s the problem :thinking:)
Outcome, a error message: Theme installation failed.

  • Installing the theme from the file: themeforest-5871901-x-the-theme-wordpress-theme.zip
  • Decompression of the archive of the extension …
  • Installing the theme …
  • The destination folder already exists. / Home / content / p3pnexwpnas04_data03 / 17/2391417 / html / wp-content / themes / x /
  • Theme installation failed.

How to fix that?

Hi There,

I could see that the X theme zip file instead of Pro?

Please navigate to your Apex dashboard(https://theme.co/apex/dashboard) then download the latest version of Pro theme zip file:

After that you can upload this theme zip file from your Wordpress dashboard.
