Install for $50 include migrating to new website from local?

I can’t login to my localhost anymore and not sure what happened. Would the extra support do this transferring content for us? I’ve already installed the X theme and created the website with mamp but now there is no database connection on the localhost and can’t even edit it in wordpress. I need that site to look back at to edit our real site to transfer all those changes. It’s a brand new look for the website and we also don’t want to overwrite anything. I don’t know if in the phpMyAdmin, links were switched up from site to site. We will pay for support if I can just get this site up and running. I did try Migrate DB and then things got worse and I need to back track.
