Hello we are using the essential grid to show the Instagram Feed we are having the same issues as this thread

Thank you for writing in, I tested that mainmenus username feed and it works on my dev site without an issue. There could be something on your site setup, the only lead we have which is the error “Account with this username does not exist” does not make sense.
Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that did not work, please try switching to parent X Theme, and see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue still persists, try re-installing your Essential Grid plugin.
