Instagram js file affecting metrix score

Hi,

When I do a GTMetrix test and check the waterfall, there is an instagram subscribe button that is failing to load with no response headers:

We use the Smash Balloon Instagram widget but I approached them about this and they denied it had anything to do with them. They suggested I speak to my theme developer… so here I am!

Is there anything within X that may be causing this?

Hi @demonboy,

The theme does not in any way prevent the loading of a third party plugin. Since it is loading issue, it would be best if you will consult the hosting provider. They can give you much deeper analysis on the root cause of the issue.
