Thanks for sharing the correct login details, I went ahead and checked your Dashboard it seems that you are using 2.7.5 version of The Grid plugin. Please note that the Instagram API has been changed because of that Instagram feed can not be displayed by the Instagram Username. You need to create an access token for that from Instagram and to insert the Instagram token into The Grid Plugin you need to update The Grid plugin to 2.7.8. Please check out our version compatibility page under third-party extension.
