Hi. I’ve been using X Theme for around 2 months and I can’t manage to make my plugin “Instagram Feed” work, nor any other floating icon plugins. The tech support from my plugin’s company said it was surely a theme’s error and asked me to switch themes and deactivate some plugins, which I did but the problem persists. Here are 2 screenshots of my feed not working.
Hi @ryumba
It is possible your plugin is not compatible with the theme, unfortunately, we cannot account for every plugin to work with the theme.
Alternatively, you case use one of our Addons THE GRID to generate an Instagram feed, or search for a plugin which is compatible with X.
Thanks for understanding
