Instagram Feed Not Displaying

Hi,
I am using the recommended Instagram Feed plugin, Smash Balloon, and this is what happens when I try to add it to my page: https://www.createbeautylounge.com/gallery-test/

Do you know what is causing this to not display correctly? Is it interfering with something within X Theme?

Regretfully Smash Balloon is a 3rd party plugin. We are not familiar with this plugin. It is best that you contact the creators of the plugin and ask for further assistance. Meanwhile, please do check your site and resolve the CORS (Cross Origin Resource Sharing) issue because it is occurring at the moment. You may need to check out this documentation guide:

Understood, however I don’t understand why it is not displaying on this website, yet it is displaying correctly on another one of my websites where I am using X Theme.

I looked up CORS and I have no idea how to fix this, would you be able to point me in a direction of what I need to do here? I don’t know what I would have done to the website that would cause issues with this?

Hi Kate,

Please try deactivating your CDN for a while and see if that resolves the issue, if it does, then your can exclude the /wp-content/plugins/instagram-feed/ from being served through your CDN, so it will not create that CORS origin issue.

Please contact your CDN support on how you can exclude a files/folder from being cache.
