Hey Gemma,

How did you embed Instagram. Please putting the iframe code directly in the content using the Text editor like the following screenshot. I tested that method in my site and it is responsive. The reason why it’s not working in your site is because of our theme’s x-resp-embed class which is added usually for video embeds.

I was just adding the URL to visual which has worked in the past.

I tried adding to ‘text’ but same issue.

It looks perfect in Wordpress by the way. The issue is preview or when published.

I’m looking at Chrome desktop and Chome mobile on an Android.

How do you add with an iframe? I can’t see that option.

Hi Gemma,

Instead of using the direct link and letting the Wordpress generate the Embed Code. We can correct that by using the Embed Code provided by Instagram.

See the following link on how you can get the Instagram embed code.

If you’re using the Wordpress default block editor, add it on its own block so it does not get mix up with the other content, and make sure you add/edit it as HTML.

If you’re using the Classic Editor, switch to the Text editor.
