I’ve tried to add in the Instagram Carousel element but it will never show my instagram. It did work for a few days, but It went away. I’ve put in just the name, the complete url, and the name with @ and none work or make it show up. What am I doing wrong?

Be advised that we do not have an Instagram Carousel element.
You maybe using a 3rd party plugin that adds more elements into the builder. Please contact the creator of the plugin for further assistance.
