Instagram and essential grid still not working

Hello

I am using Essential Grid to load and display an instagram feed. It broke about two weeks ago and your team helped me fix it.

It appeared to be an issue with the initial load count number. Source/Details/Count

Now I have an issue with “please check settings”

Not sure if these issues are related or not.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide any further information other than the initial message. But it seems different than the previous Instagram feed issue, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note for further checking?

Thanks for updating this thread. I have personally tested Essential Grid 2.3.6 and I could not replicate any issue. The Instagram stream is working as expected.

Please make sure that you are updated and check your grid settings.

I tried updated my stream with these settings and had no luck. I also tried creating a new stream, and still have the same instragram error.

Instagram reports: Please check the settings

Hey Chris,

We’re sorry to report that this is a known bug either on Instagram’s side or Essential Grid. This case is already in queue for investigation by Essential Grid’s developers.

For now, I’d recommend finding other similar plugins. Regretfully, we don’t have any to recommend so it would be best to search in the WordPress plugin repository.
