Instafeed Not Showing Up After Update - Help

So I haven’t worked on my website in over a year ( I started it and for some reason stopped, and decided to go back to finish it now). I am using the X Theme in Wordpress and had installed the Insta Feed Plugin from Elfsight/Envato Market, and it was working perfectly.

I just updated wordpress and all the plugins after over a year, and now it’s not showing.

I found the area to get the short code, and I am also using Cornerstone. But I can’t figure out where I’m meant to go to paste it to get it working again to show up on each page (or at least the home page).

Anyone have an idea of how to do this? My support has expired and really don’t want to have to pay another $20-40 to get support for what should be just a simple thing to do. But now I’m remembering how frustrating building my site was and why I probably stopped.

Thanks for reaching out.

This looks like incompatibility issue, the features that were there could be different from now. Plus, you have updated your Wordpress which other theme plugins may not work properly unless the plugin integration is fixed.

We could only provide support for the theme and its plugin, and since it’s a 3rd party integration and we’re not sure how they work, I recommend contacting the Instafeed author first. Then forward the information to us so we could check it, and if it happened to be a bug on our end then we’ll add it to our issue tracker.
