Inserting CSS/JS animation

Hi, sorry for the lame question but how can I insert an animation that has CSS/JS into the theme. For example:

I’ve tried to insert the HTML code into raw element, then add the CSS and the JS in the relative sections in the sidebar, but it all goes messy and it doesn’t work. May you explain me the process I need to execute for it to work. Thanks.

P.S The new PRO builder update and especially the added row functions are amazing

Unfortunately, we can’t provide support on this kind of customization. Have you tried pasting the compiled CSS instead of the SCSS?

Because it defaults to SCSS which will not work.
