Inserting component/elements at posts?

I found this post from 2017 (Inserting elements or cta), but sadly the solution was not provided.

Is it possible to insert exported components via shortcode (e.g. [cs_component id=“xyz”]) into blog posts… like after the nth paragraph or repeating every nth paragraphs? It’s about adding some CTAs to our posts.

Putting it at the top or bottom or somewhere else outside the article content is no big deal, because that could be added easily at the layouts.

It seems, that is not possible to use the component shortcodes within a posts content… at least these are not rendered at the front-end for me.

Any idea how that can be done by just using the functionality of Cornerstone or should I use some sort of Ad-Plugin and use it to insert CTAs?

The component can be inserted into the posts by using the shortcode. If you are doing the same, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem and steps you are following.
