I have a blank page which I am going to setup with a few sections in the ethos theme. I would like to make one of the sections display my blog. I will divide a row into 4 columns and display a blog in each column. Is that possible?

You could use the Recent Posts Element on Cornerstone
or
You could use one of our Addons The Grid or Essential Grid. I personally would go with the second choice as these plugins offer really amazing layouts.
So on this second choice you would basically create grids using your posts as a source and add The Grid Element or the grid shortcode to the section where you want your posts to appear.
