Thanks for posting in! You may need to install Email Forms to be able to have a Newsletter form in your website. You can get it in X > Validation > Extensions. Please check out this documentation:

The problem is that I don’t which element I can use to create a static newsletter on my home page like the one I attach below, could you advise me how to do it?

Hello Marina,

If you have installed and set up Email Forms plugin, it should provide a shortcode that you can insert to a content area element in your page. You can get the shortcode in X > Email Forms.
