Inner border radius on column

How can i make that kind of effect Inner border radius on column? If i do it in image and headline it’s not popping euqally

Thanks for reaching out!

If you want some border-radius on the column, just go to the column settings and find the border-radius option.

If you also want the hover effect on that page, just go to the column effects tabs and enable the interaction with this format.
