Inline slider - move navigation icons outside

Hi there,

I added a inline slider to my footer. The slider contains a few logos of partners.

How can I move the navigation arrows (next and prev)on the outside of my logo container? I don’t want them to overlap the logos, especially on smaller screens when you have to click to slide to the next logo (slide).

All I want is: PREV (space) MY LOGOS (space) NEXT

Thanks

Hello @xoa,

Thanks for writing to us.

In order to move the next and previous icons of the slider I would suggest you go to the Slider navigation —>position —>set the left and right as -4em.

Test-Page-Cornerstone (9)

Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi there, thanks for your reply. I managed to find a solution that works better for my purpose.

But there is another little problem I have. Can you take a look, why the second bullet for the pagination that appears on smaller screens is invisible even if I set a color for it? It’s visible only when hovering on it. Thats pretty strange.
It shows correctly in cornerstone, but not on the frontend.

Hi @xoa,

I have checked the pagination and found that the second dot is not visible due to the background color set to it, as shown in the given screenshot. I would suggest you adjust the opacity along with the color.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me.
Hmm strange, it seems your site is not up to date, since it looks different now. ( I have no cache plugins active)

But the thing is, and I noticed this lately also for some other elements, that as soon I set the opacity to 0.99, the dot disappears completely.

(maybe there is somewhere a bug on my site, since I got some weird scrolling issues at the bottom on smaller screens (mobile phones). Sometimes scrolling stucks, sometime a big blank space grows under the footer). Maybe this has something to do with does issues?

Hi @xoa,

I have checked it in my local environment but didn’t find any problems while setting the opacity of the pagination. I would suggest you update the Pro its latest version, i.e. 6.2.2 and check if that resolves your problem.

Thanks

I think it‘s a problem related to my site only. But I don‘t know whats is causing it and how to fix.

Maybe you can take a look at it?

Hi @xoa,

In that case, I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and update the Pro to its latest version and check if that resolves your issue. If not, please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi @tristup

I‘m already working on a staging version of my site.

I‘ll provide you my login credentials.

Hi @xoa,

I have checked and modified the color for the pagination and it is working fine with any value set to the opacity. I have changed the value in the staging site, please check once.

Thanks

Thanks for that.

Hi @xoa,
