Inline Navigation not showing dropdowns or sublinks

Hello,
I’ve just deployed the latest version of Pro and turned on a very basic install of the “sticky bars” header with some very minor changes.
That said, the dropdowns and sub links do not display (http://cbavalanchecenter.org/). On a stage site I have turned off all other plugins to verify that there is not a compatibility issue (http://cbac.robstrickland.net/).

This issue is the same with the issues with threads below. You can follow the fix in their setup to fix your setup.
