Inline Navigation Going Up On Hover

Is there a way to force the navigation to always go down and not just up? See screenshots for reference

note, on page load, it goes up. But when I scroll down a bit, then it goes down like it should

Hello @tmarchyde,

I checked your given page URL it seems that it is working fine on my end. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 126.0.6478.61. It might be the issue of the browser cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache and recheck it again.
