Inline navigation dropdown links don't work when embedded on page (not in header)

The embedded inline navigation menu dropdown doesn’t work. It worked before I thought, but now it doesn’t (as of last week’s WP update). There’s even a glitch in the text. What do I do?

there is s z-index issue in the section.
Please edit the section where you have the menu, and increase the z-index similar to the screenshot attached.
