Inline Navigation Drop Down Not Working

I just setup a new InLine Navigation and in the menu I have Sub Navigation, but those don’t show up as drop down links when I hover over the primary menu link. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching us.

Please edit your custom header and make sure that the z-index of the bar container your menu is greater than other section.
By default, the z-index of the bar is 9999. We have tested with a copy of your header and adjusted z-index to 99999 and seems that working.

So You just need to adjust the z-indexes to resolve this issue. Or you can replicate what we have done in the sample header.
