Inline Menu in Footer

The menu that I use in the hamburger on mobile works fine.
That same menu, I use as an inline menu in the footer. For some reason, links like Brochure, only move the screen upwards a fraction, and not to the targetted ID.

I’ve included the website in the secure note.

Can you reproduce this or know why this might be happening?
