Is it me or shouldn’t images uploaded to a support thread invoke a lightbox for a larger view of the image when clicked? I feel like it used to do this but it seems to be gone now.
Any ideas? AM I missing something?

There was no lightbox on the forum posts ever since, or maybe it was on the early days. But I didn’t see any of that and it’s intentionally disabled.

Ah, well too bad then. There are often screenshots needed to tell the whole story and sometimes they are just too small to see the details in them. Any suggestions?

You can make use of a video screen cast or other social screen sharing sites so that we can check out your screenshots. You can also upload your screenshots directly in the forum response. Just make sure that it is in .jpg or .png format.
