Inline image in front-end editor of a text block gives an error

Hi,

When I edit a text inside a text block in the builder it doesn’t open anything and I receive the following error in the console":

If I edit the text via the sidebar en click on edit text so a popup with a WYSIWYG editor appears it works as expected.

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. And the mentioned issue can’t be replicated in the local environment too. The cause behind your issue might be the improper update of the Pro.

I would suggest you deactivate and delete the Pro and reinstall it by downloading it from your Themeco Account once again, and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1. Theme Related Issue
2. Plugin Conflict
3. Theme Update related issue
4. Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
5. CSS/JS Customization
6. Disabling Cache
7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
