Inline CSS not working on new Sections/Rows/Columns?

The inline CSS doesn’t seem to be working on the new builder Elements. I’ve tested it on the Section, Row, and Column custom Inline CSS areas on the Customize tab for each, and none of them seem to be accepting custom CSS like “background-color” or “height”.

Loving the new Cornerstone builder and added elements! Just looks like there might be a few kinks to work out.

Hey,

I have checked it on my end and all looks work normally. Can you provide to us your WP credentials and the website link in a secure note?

This issue seems to have been resolved with the recent update you guys pushed out a couple weeks back. However, please note that functions like “background-attachment: fixed” seem to still not work. It appears the closest thing I can do to achieve the desired effect is a Parallax, but I don’t really want the background to move at all.

Hi again,

Glad the issue is fixed. You should try adding background-attachment: fixed !important; and see if this works?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, adding the !important code doesn’t help. Is this something to do with the Upper and Lower layers having a different reference code in the CSS than just “background-attachment:”? It seems as though just referencing the background wouldn’t tell it which layer background to look at to apply the code. The practical thing would be to have another option on the setup tab for that section under the corresponding layers to where you can select from a dropdown for the different options for a background-attachment, seeing as how you did this for the background-position and background-size settings.

I appreciate you guys adding so many features to the front end Cornerstone builder, but it seems the customization on the backend is suffering a bit with this update.

Hi again,

This shouldn’t happen, can you please share the page URL where you’re having the issue with screenshots with us so we cab take a closer look?

Thanks!
