InfoBar Icon disappeared

Hey there. My design have an InfoBar on the right side of the screen, with the icon, wich accesses the InfoBar. The InfoBar stills there, and the “tab” to open it also stills there, but the icon disappeared. I have no idea why or how did that happen, nor the way to restore it.

It could caused by some of the CSS on the Component, or at the Headers (wich calls the InfoBar on that “tab”). Please check the image attached.

I hope you wizards can help me to find the way to restore that icon. I can’t remember where it is stored. Very weird it has jus vanished without any change on the website… I’ve sent the credentials on a secure note, thank you all for helping me!

There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I’ve already done all those pre-check for conflicts. The site is now without caching. I have the exact same template on another site (https://nohypeinvest.net/) wich is working just fine. I didn’t change anything at https://voelivre.net/ and I cannot imagine why that icon has just vanished. Would need some help to find where I setup that icon…

I’ve already provided the infos on a Secure Note at the first post. Hope you folks can help me finding where should I change that Icon. Thank you very much!

Hey @fabiofava,

Upon checking your website, the infobar icon is just there. I suspect that this could be just a browser cache on your end, please try clearing your browser cache.
