hi there, I’ve activated Convert Plus and would like to create a new info bar for the top of the website. I select the ‘text notice’ theme, but it doesn’t load. The loading bars continue to load, and it never completes.

Thanks for writing in! Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
If that does not help, please provide us access so that we can take a closer look.

Also, for the meantime please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I tried to create info bar and was able to replicate the issue.
I checked the console and found the following errors.
Can you try re-installing Convert Plus Plugin.
Deactivate and Delete it from the plugins page and install it back via X > Validation
If the issue persist, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
