How do I Increase the increase particle space above nav links in Pro headers
Also the (particle) blue line that appears the text in this demo is a different height on the “home” and the 'our gym"

Also I want to increase the space between the text. What is the simplest way to do that?

Hello @VelocityWeb,

The home menu item and the rest of the menu items differs in padding or margin. The height of home is 31 pixels and the rest is 38 pixels.

You may need to check your settings again. If nothing is helping, please provide us access so that we can investigate and fix it for you.

its all part of the same block so I dont get an option to select the home only

Please add the left & right margin to the Top Links:

Did you mean the dropdown menu spacing? Please add the top margin 6em to the first dropdown menu:
