Increase Masthead thickness Shiftnav

Hi there,

I would like to increase the thickness of the masthead/toggle bar for shiftnav menu (mobile). I can only seem to do it by increasing the size of the hamburgers, but it is not ideal, as for me to have it an adequate size, it will clash with the site logo.
Could someone please provide a solution?
I would also like to know how to apply padding to the hamburger, to ensure it is centred in the masthead.

Please add the following code to Theme Options Custom CSS

    min-height: 80px;
}
