Inconsistent UI in Explorer

Hi guys

When looking at my site in Explorer I’ve noticed a few weirdnessess. First up was images but that was fixed by some CSS posted in another topic - but why is that a known issue is it not part of the core CSS?!

Anyhoo. The header image on this page https://surrey-ms.org/how-we-can-help/what-our-members-say/ in chrome is correctly cropped, but in explorer it isn’t so that the text below is on top of part of the image. Any ideas why Explorer is not respecting the image padding?

Many thanks!

Mary

Hey Mary,

Would you mind specifying the image issue? If it is a confirmed bug, there might be a fix that addresses it in the newly released update.

It is because when you are in Cornerstone, there is a smaller area for the preview and the background image automatically responds to the avaiable area of its container.

When you are in Cornerstone, try clicking on the Hide Left Panel button and it will hide the entire inspector area which will give the preview area more space and you will see the background image change accordingly:

Hope this explains it.
