Incompatibility with plugins

Hi. We have experiencing a severe incompatibility with our Ninja Forms plugin since the last update. Is this going to be solved with a new update? Anyone else is experiencing troubles like this? Thanks.

I could see one bug submitted on our bug tracker and it is under reviewed. I could not guarantee that it will fix the issue and it will be updated on the next update.

Hi, Nico.

I have disable WP Super Cache and Cache Enabler, but the problem still there: Ninja Form doesn’t work in X template (in twenty-fifteen, for example, works fine).

I checked also our SSL configuration and it’s just right. We don’t use either Cloudflaire or custom code, so what can we do?

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
