In the mobile version I get a black bar on the right side

When I enter my website from my cell phone (Huawei Mate 10 lite), a black line appears on the entire right side as I go down the site. Attached image of the problem. I would like you to tell me the solution.

I would also like to see two columns of products appear in the mobile version instead of one. Is this possible?

Thank you so much.

Hello @felipealvarezacevedo,

Thanks for writing in!

It seems that the site associate with your license is under construction mode. To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials, if necessary, so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

I have already created the secure note with my url, login username and password.

Hi Felipe,

I have checked the site on mobile and I am not able to see the black space on the right of the page.

It seems that you are using a caching and css minifying plugin. Kindly make sure you clear your site and phone’s cache then check the site again.

Let us know how it goes,

Hello, I have already deleted the cache and I still see the black bar, I have even tried it on another mobile. I have to tell you that immediately it does not appear you have to slide to the left side and there you will be able to see it.

Thank you so much.

Hello Felipe,

Does the black bar only appears in your homepage? Did you see it in other pages as well? It could be that there are some broken html added in the homepage that resulted to this issue. I inspected your homepage and I could see that you have this:

Please make sure that all your contents is a valid html with correct syntax. Broken code or unclosed tags could potentially messed up the layout. This could also be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello, thank you very much for the help, what I did was disable the maintenance mode of the site and when I viewed it in incognito mode, the black bar was not shown, which means that the failure is only in the view for the administrator, so there is no problem.

Thanks for your attention.

Hi Felipe,

It’s good to know that you have found out what might have caused the issue.

Best Regards.
