Hi there,

I’m trying to build a news page where every item has an animation like the iOS App Store. Items open in the same page (like a Lightbox)and when opened, the rest of the news item is visible.

Any idea how to do this?

second: how can I set column animation to start earlier? And is there a way to set the animation to a row instead of a column?

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

I don’t see how essential grid can do this trick. I used the plugin for a while, but never found the way to produce this effect. Also it made my website very slow and loading items looked “unprofessional”.

I’ll keep searching.
