Is there a functionality in a Text element to add a ‘read more’ or ‘more’ element to reveal more text? In essence, can I create an element where a first paragraph shows but the second one reveals upon clicking on a link?
I wasn’t looking to use an accordion if I didn’t need to as I wanted a few sentences of text to show before the link.

Unfortunately, there is none but you could try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-more/. You can add the shortcode based from that plugin within the text element.
