Hello there,
Recently came across a small issue in all my stupidity but felt like it could be something to be improved.
I was working on a page, left it open all night without saving and came back to the office to see I had been logged out after my session timed out.
I logged in again on another tab and wanted to hit “Save” on the page I had been working on but got the dreadful “Uh oh! Failed to save content.” error.
Figured maybe I could save the page as a template instead but still got the same error.
With Visual Composer, when something like that happened I could often revert the builder to the Text/Code display, just copy everything, refresh the page and paste the changes again.
It would be great if Cornerstone had somehow an auto-save for unpublished changes so that if your session times out you can reload the page and you’d see something like a nag saying “A more recent version of this page with unpublished changes was automatically saved, do you want to restore last version?”.
In the meantime is there any chance I can save this timed-out page or do I have to recreate it?
Thank you for the help/consideration!
