Impossible to load the design cloud

Hi,

I have downloaded the Pro theme and installed it.
I have entered the activation code and WP admin panel tells me that the activation is ok.
Then I want to load the Design Coud to load an expanded demo but I can’t: the loading icon is there but it is just spinning.
I have the last version of wordpress 5.3.2 but it still doesn’t work…

As it was explained in this topic (https://theme.co/forum/t/upgraded-from-x-to-pro-design-cloud-wont-load/71766/6), I tried to increase my php memory limit adding some lines in wp-config.php and I also tried to deactivate all the plugins. I have the same issue…

I have seen this topic: https://theme.co/forum/t/design-cloud-not-loading-on-x-theme/71094
and I can launch then design cloud if I use Chrome instead of Safari!

So I guess I will be able to work on my website with Chrome but I think it’s important for you to know that there can be an issue with safari.

Hello Jeremy,

It could also be related to the cache in your Safari because when I checked it locally, the Design Cloud section loads fine so please make sure to clear browser cache.
