Importing site from design cloud does not work

hi I’m trying to import a site from design cloud but it is not working, the images and the text get imported but my theme options do not change, the footer does not work

Thanks for writing in!

Please edit the custom header, page, and custom footer. Once loaded in the builder, you can hit the Save button to update the element settings. If this does not help, please provide us access to your site so we can investigate the issue further.

You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Your Crafty site demo is installed on your site already. You may need to import WooCommerce sample products or just add your new products.
