Importing Rev Slider zip fails

Hi, We are trying to import a slider we exported from one of our other sites. We are getting an error that just says “Import Report
filename.zip (1482 kb)!”

There is nothing else in the warning box. We’ve double-checked and our max upload file size and post file size are both set to 64Mb so that shouldn’t be an issue.

Is there another way to import the slider aside from using the manual import tool in the dashboard?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have tried to import the slider in my local environment, and it imported perfectly.

I have checked your WordPress admin dashboard, and it seems that the Revolution Slider menu option is not available for the user. If you are still not able to import it, I would suggest you grant all the privileges to the current user to access the Revolution Slider.

Thank you so much for taking a look at this! This is the first time I’ve ever run into this, but I suspect there is something else going on with the configuration of the site that is stepping on this as we also have your login set to Administrative privileges, and while we see everything in the dashboard menu, when we log in as you, you have only basic privileges. We will research this further. Thank you again for testing this on your local environment.
