Importing header/footer error

Hello, I am having problems importing a header & footer from a staging site to the live site. I have saved the header as a template and exported it from the staging site. When I upload the template into the live site I get a error message of “your file is not properly formatted”. I’ve tried multiple times and have had no success. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue with investigating it by importing the .tco file exported from your staging server. I would also suggest you provide the file in the secure note, or you can provide the following details for your live and staging server for further investigation.

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
