I have a theme with online store layout but I can’t seem to use that theme and xtheme pro at the same time. I tried rebuilding it in pro but I can’t get it to look similar. Is there a way to export the layouts from the shop theme and import it into Pro?

Unfortunately, there is no automated way to convert the design of your previous theme to Pro as you will have to rework everything since the Wordpress themes are different from each other.
As for now, you can check the available options for the store design in Pro > Theme Options > Woocommerce. The settings that you will set there will take effect to the store page.
