Importing Demo Content

Hi! I have purchased the X these and am trying to import demo content into my customizer manager and am getting the following message.

The uploaded file was not a valid XCS upload.

Is there a reason for this and how can I fix it? I believe it should work because I was able to do it before. I have since swiped the site though and it doesn’t seem to be importing as before. Thanks so much!

Thanks for writing in!

The customizer manager hasn’t been used in a few X versions as we’ve switched to our own theme options panel. All X demos can be installed via wp-admin > X (scroll down on that page and you’ll see an area for demos).

Which version of X and Cornerstone do you have installed currently?
