Importing data from excel or xml

I was looking at this and wondered if you had any experience with this or another plugin and x. The information will need to be updated regularly and there can be quite a bit so I am hoping for dynamic updates or easy to import for updates. Personally haven’t used the above plugin. However you can take a look at following plugins and Google search result to further research for the right plugin that can meet your requirement.
