I am having trouble importing blog posts and their images from another themeco Wordpress site. I have tried downloading a couple plugins, but everything turns up unsuccessful. Do you have any suggestions or ideas? It’s really frustrating not being able to do this. I have been able to do this in past with other websites.

Thanks for writing to us.
In case if you have not used builder in the post to edit the post in that case you can export the only post by using the default WordPress feature. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
Tool—>Export–>Post–>Download Export File
Now go to another site where import–>Tools -->Import—>It would require WordPress Importer Plugin
Please note that it would only work properly if your WordPress installation is blank since it might conflict with post ID and Media Attachment ID if you have created a post on your page and uploaded an image there in the site where you want to import.
