How do i get the theme options and templates back to normal. When clicked, they just go to my blank squarespace domain which is not editable.

Thanks for writing in! I am not sure if I understand your inquiry. Usually, a domain name can only be transferred from one registrar to another. A registrar could also be a hosting company. Please do understand that the X theme and Cornerstone will only work within WordPress installation. To be on the same page with you, can you please provide your domain URL (and the login credentials if necessary) so that we can check it?
By the way, if you mean that your SquareSpace pages imported to your wordpress site is not working, be advised that only pages created by Cornerstone can be edited in Cornerstone. Any theme options settings might not be applied to your imported pages.
