Hello Justin,
Please be advised that Big Commerce is a 3rd party plugin. You will have to consult the documentation on how you can set up the product images.
Thank you for your understanding.
Big Commerce claims it is a WordPress problem.
Hello, my name is Lucian and I’m reaching out to you from BigCommerce’s Product Support Engineering team to touch base on Ticket 03632768. This case was escalated because you reported that images were not resizing correctly when adding an image to a post and choosing thumbnail. Unfortunately that has nothing to do with the BigCommerce for Wordpress plugin. That functionality is part of Wordpress itself. I would also argue that it is working as intended. If you inspect the post, the largest dimension o was reduced to 100 pixels and the smaller dimensions was reduced proportionally, https://www.screencast.com/t/ufrkGWSmc
I was hoping you guys could give me a clue.
Hello Justin,
Thanks for updating the thread.
As BIgcommerce is a 3rd party plugin providing support for the same falls outside the scope of support we can offer. My recommendation would be that you take help of a developer. You can also post the requirement on Themeco Peer to Peer group.
Thanks for understanding.
