Imported Elements Not Showing Up in Pro

After importing an element template into the template manager, I can see it there, but when I go to the list of elements, I am unable to find it in the list. It is marked an element, it doesn’t show up in that list, the page list, the section list, or anywhere else except in the Template Manager.

How do I correct this?

We need to check the imported element to investigate the issue. That being said, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks, unfortunately, I don’t have the option for a secure note as you can see in my screenshot. Please advise.
