Important WP 6.2 Issue .....got error with the license code

When I updat to the Theme X10.1.10 and I input the theme license code I got the following error:

Can you help me?

Hello @Hrouw78,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you have updated the Cornerstone plugin as well. If you already have the X theme 10.1.10 version, go to the Plugins section and check the version of the Cornerstone plugin. If the version is not 7.1.10, please deactivate it and delete it completely. After that, go back to X > Validation page and wait for a moment while the bundled Cornerstone plugin is being installed in the background. Once the latest Cornerstone plugin is installed and activated, you should be able to validate the X theme.

If this does not work, please provide us access to the site so we can investigate. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
