Import template fails

downloading a tco file from another site, will not import on another, it just hangs see screentshot

this feature used to work all the time

It might be the issue of the PHP memory limit. I recommend increasing the following server settings to the specified value or larger. Please consult your web host for all these server settings

PHP configuration recommended

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300

Please make sure you are not using the corrupted template file, I would suggest you please export the fresh template file and import it on your server. If it doesn’t work we need to check your settings I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Template file
