My client is unable to import .json file to Theme Options Manager, please see Secure Note for details. Could you please have a look at it?

I see now the everything is updated so please first try re-installing X by deleting in the Network Admin, download a fresh copy of X from your Dashboard and install it again.
If that does not help, also try re-installing Cornerstone. First you need to deactivate it in the site that’s in use then you can delete it in your Network Admin. You can then go to your site where X is used and you can go to X under the site’s admin menu and X will install Cornerstone automatically for you. If you encounter an issue with the re-installation of Cornerstone, make sure the cornerstone folder was deleted in your in your plugins folder.
If the issue persists, please give us FTP access also.
