Images upload weirdly

I have an issue with the images. Basically when I upload them, they come up okay but when they appear on the website seems like they stretch with few pixels and seem a bit blurry. When I click right button and “View Image”, it comes up okay. I’m attaching screenshot of what I mean:

Hello @vlntnt,

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the website on my end and can see the logo is pixelated. However, further checking the logo image it seems that the image itself is pixelated and the issue of pixelation is not because of Pro Theme. Please see screenshot.

I suggest you to please upload a better quality image and that should resolve the pixelation issue.

Thanks.

To me it doesn’t look pixelated? But even if this is, the image still gets streched, as I’ve taken screenshot from the website, then saved the exact same image that’s used as logo and placed in on top of the screenshot and clearly it looks smaller but it’s suppose to be the same size? Here is another example in a different page:

Of course I can set maximum width to the image to make it smaller and it looks better but this doesn’t really solve the underlying issue.

Hey @vlntnt,

Please provide the browser your using and its version. If you’re not sure, please visit https://supportally.com/ and give us the OS and Browser details. This is so we could replicate the scaling (stretching) behavior and maybe we can provide some guidance on how to prevent that.

On my end, tested in Chrome, IE, Edge and Firefox browsers, the logo’s not scaled too.

Also make sure your browser’s not zoomed in because it will scale the elements up including the image. That’s the time it will be blurry and it’s not because of our theme. Compare the images below. One is crisp at 100% zoom and one is blurry at 110% zoom.

Thanks.

Oh wow, yes, this was the issue, my bad, sorry and thanks again for the help

You are most welcome.
